Fatty and generally unhealthy foods are a problem for our health. They lead to weight gain hypoactivity and a host of other health issues such as heart issues and high blood pressure. There are however other contributors to that extra weight and bloated feeling you’ve been carrying around all day. Having a bloated stomach is an undeniable inconvenience. A general rule of thumb is to eat as much vegetables as you want because they can only be good for you. However, there are some beans and vegetables that’ll fill you with gas. Beans, Brussel sprouts and broccoli can still be eaten, just in moderation.
